Assistance works in the other direction
In a resistance exercise, a band makes a movement harder by opposing it. In an assisted pull-up, the stretched band system helps support part of your body weight. More assistance can make the pull-up easier, so the number of bands has a different meaning here.

Two foot supports and an adjustable strap
The orange system uses two separate foot supports connected to an upper strap through covered elastic bands. Adjust the setup only as described in its instructions. A clear view of the buckle, clips and foot supports helps you check what you are attaching before you step into position.

The bar is part of the setup
The kit needs a compatible pull-up bar and an appropriate installation. Confirm the bar, mounting and clearance before adding assistance equipment. Do not attach it to furniture or a fitting that was not designed for the load. Keep your entry and exit controlled.

Your buying brief
Where this configuration fits.
A reason to shortlist it
You have a suitable pull-up bar and want to compare an adjustable assistance arrangement with separate foot supports. The orange upper strap, buckle and covered bands are the details to inspect together. The support available depends on the instructed configuration and how far the elastic stretches.
Check this before choosing
The kit cannot verify or strengthen an unsuitable bar mounting. It also does not provide a constant amount of body-weight subtraction. If you cannot enter or leave the foot supports as instructed, resolve that before loading the system.
The selected configuration
The parts and their jobs.
01
Adjustable upper strap and buckle
The upper connection requires a compatible bar and the specified installation. Check the buckle and webbing as a pair.
02
Three covered assistance bands
Elastic components that support part of your weight when configured and stretched as intended.
03
Two foot supports
Separate points of contact for the feet. Their position, clearance and method of entry matter to the whole setup.
Make the choice practical
Three checks to take into your setup.
-
Check the bar and mounting
Use the requirements of the bar and assistance system together. Furniture or an uncertain fitting is not an alternative mounting point.
-
Review the foot-support layout
Look at the gallery before purchase. Plan the instructed way of entering and leaving the supports with adequate clear space.
-
Record the assistance configuration
Keep the strap setting and band arrangement consistent when comparing sessions. More help can make the movement easier, so this is different from adding exercise resistance.
Use the instructions supplied with the exact product for installation and permitted use. This checklist helps you compare equipment; it does not replace those instructions.
Questions about this configuration
Before you order.
Is a bar supplied with this system?
+
A suitable pull-up bar is required separately. Verify its installation and compatibility before adding assistance equipment.
Why do strap settings matter?
+
Changing the arrangement can change elastic stretch and the help provided. The setting belongs in your setup record alongside the band configuration.
Can I use a simple band-weight subtraction?
+
No. Assistance changes through the movement, so a nominal label is not a fixed number to subtract from your body weight.
Is this a replacement for a general tube kit?
+
No. Its purpose is assisted pull-ups with the supported bar arrangement. A tube kit provides a different resistance format with different attachments.
