150 lb resistance band set
Five stackable bands with a lighter 10 lb starting option, cushioned handles and a compact carry bag.
The choice, made clearer
Start with the format and the lightest band. Then look at the total, the attachments and the space your setup needs.

Six heavier tubes with orange webbing, foam handles and a door anchor for a compact strength setup.
A seated-row format with three covered bands, handles, a door attachment and a compact seat pad.
The two tube kits use handles and clips for a range of supported movements. The rowing kit has a different seated-pulling setup. The nominal total does not make one format a replacement for another.
A 10 lb starting band gives the grey set a different role from the orange kit, which starts at 25 lb. A high combined total is not helpful if every individual band is too demanding for the movement you planned.
Elastic tension depends on stretch and setup. These nominal band markings are not measured comparisons with dumbbells, machines or another brand’s maximum. Compare the construction, parts and intended arrangement alongside the numbers.

The details that make a difference
Look at the actual handle, clip, ring and strap. A complete view of the attachment is more useful than a general promise about heavy-duty equipment.
